What’s included
Everything the day needs, agreed in writing
The promoter sees one page with what is settled, what is still open and what changed.

One advance page
A private link with the deal, travel, schedule, riders, contacts and promo assets. Also as a PDF and a calendar file.

Travel and hotel
Flights, trains and hotels in local time, checked so nobody lands after their set or checks out before they sleep.

Ground transport
Who drives, from where, and when. Every pickup is checked against the landing time and the set.

Tech and hospitality
The current riders go out with every advance. The promoter confirms the setup or tells us what differs, before the day.

Billing and promo
Exact billing, logos, press photos and the biography in one download, so the flyer gets it right the first time.

Changes in plain sight
When a set time or a pickup moves after confirmation, both sides see the old value and the new one.

Questions
Before you ask
Do you advance shows you didn’t book?
Yes. Artists and their agents can hand us the advancing only. We take over from the confirmed offer.
Does the promoter need an account?
No. The advance is a private link. It works in any browser and needs no password or app.
What if something changes after confirming?
Send it on the link or reply to the email. We check it, update the advance, and the change is marked for everyone.
When should the advance be done?
Usually two to three weeks before the show, so travel can still move if it has to. The exact deadline is on the link.
