What’s included

From the first question to the contract

A request becomes an offer, the offer becomes the contract. You answer both on one private link.

  • An honest answer on the date

We check the date against the artist’s calendar and travel before we reply. If someone already holds the night, you hear where you stand.

  • Routing that makes sense

We try to pair your date with shows nearby, so nobody flies across Europe for one night and you don’t pay for it.

  • One offer with every term

Fee, deal type, deposit, who pays for travel and hotel, billing and radius. Accept, ask for changes or decline on the link.

  • The contract from the offer

Once you accept, the contract is written from the offer. You sign it on the same link by typing your name. No printing, no scanning.

  • Holds handled in order

Several promoters can hold the same night. Holds expire, and when one is released, the next moves up and hears about it.

  • Invoices your accountant accepts

Numbered invoices with reverse charge where it applies, as a PDF and as an e-invoice. Reminders only when a payment is really late.

How it runs

From request to confirmed show

  1. 1

    Request

You send the date, city, venue and capacity, the rest of the bill and a budget.

  2. 2

    Check

We ask the artist and look at the routing. You hear back within two working days.

  3. 3

    Offer

The offer arrives as a PDF and a private link. You answer it there.

  4. 4

    Contract

You sign on the same link and pay the deposit. The date is yours.

  5. 5

    Advance

The show moves on to advancing, with the same agent.

Questions

Before you ask

Which deal types do you work with?

Flat fees, landed deals (fee including travel), versus and door deals, and bonuses on ticket sales. The offer names the deal type and explains it in plain words.

How far ahead should I ask?

For club shows, two to three months is comfortable. For festivals and weekends in high season, earlier. Short-notice requests are fine to send.

Is a hold a confirmation?

No. A hold keeps the date for you until it expires. Only an accepted offer and a signed contract confirm the show.

Who do I talk to?

The agent who looks after the artist. Their name and email are on every artist page, and they stay on the show until the settlement.
