Why we do both
Many bookings stop at the contract. The offer is signed, the date goes into a spreadsheet, and the artist learns about the hotel the night before. We started infract because the work after the booking decides whether a night goes well.
So we do both. We find the right rooms for our artists and agree fair deals, then advance every show in detail: flights and trains, pickups, hotel, set times, tech and hospitality riders, guest list and promo assets. By the time the artist arrives, everything has been agreed in writing.
We work from Vienna with clubs, collectives and festivals across Europe. The roster stays small on purpose, so every artist and every promoter deals with someone who knows the details of their show.

A small roster
We only take on artists we can give real attention to. That keeps routing sensible and answers quick.

One contact per show
Promoters talk to the same person from the first offer to the settlement. No handovers, no lost threads.

Everything in writing
Deal, payment, travel and schedule are confirmed on one advance page. Changes after confirmation are marked, so nothing slips through.

Fair on both sides
Clear fees, realistic riders and honest availability. We want promoters to book our artists a second time.

Request
You tell us the date, city, venue and budget. We check availability and routing and reply within two working days.

Offer and contract
We agree the fee, the deal type (for example landed, or fee plus travel) and the terms. The contract and the deposit invoice follow.

Advancing
In the weeks before the show we collect and book the details: travel, ground transport, hotel, schedule, riders and guest list.

You get one private page with everything about the show and the artist, plus a PDF, a ZIP of promo assets and a calendar file. You confirm it with one click.

Show day and settlement
We stay reachable on the day. Afterwards we settle the balance and keep the deal on record for the next booking.

Why Vienna
Vienna sits in the middle of Europe. Most cities on the continent are a direct flight of two hours or less, and night trains run to cities such as Hamburg, Zurich, Amsterdam and Venice. That makes weekend routing simpler and travel days shorter.
The city’s scene is small enough that people know each other and large enough to carry everything from techno and house to experimental live sets. It is where most of our artists play first, and where we see what works before it travels.
