When an artist plays several cities in a row, the shows depend on each other. We plan the run as one trip and stay reachable while it’s on the road.

What’s included
A run that holds together
Each show is advanced on its own. The trip between them is planned once, for all of them.

Routing
We put the dates in an order where travel is short and sensible, and say early when a date doesn’t fit the run.

Travel between shows
Flights, trains and drives between cities, booked around set times and sleep, not only around the cheapest fare.

Hotels and rest
Late checkouts after late sets, and a day off where the run allows one.

Costs across the run
Shared travel is split between the promoters of the run, and every cost appears on the artist’s statement.

One itinerary
The whole run in the artist’s calendar and artist area, show by show, each in local time.

Reachable on the road
When a flight is cancelled or a driver doesn’t turn up, the artist calls one person, who already knows the plan.

Questions
Before you ask
How are shared travel costs split?
As agreed with the promoters of the run, usually per show. Each offer says what that promoter pays.
Can a tour include shows booked by someone else?
Yes, as long as we know the dates. We route around them and advance them like the others.
What happens when a flight is cancelled?
We rebook, tell the promoter and the driver, and the new times appear in the artist’s itinerary.
How many shows make a tour?
Two cities on one weekend already count. The planning pays off as soon as one show’s travel depends on another.
